Where to buy appliances and electronics in North Cyprus

Zorlu Digital Plaza sells televisions, white goods and air conditioning from two branches in North Cyprus: the main branch in Nicosia (Lefkoşa), at Belediye Bulvarı, Özcan Çağaloğlu Plaza A Blok No:1, Yenikent, and a branch in Famagusta (Gazimağusa), at Eşref Bitlis Cad. No:21. We have traded here since 1999 and are a Samsung and LG authorised sales and service point. You can buy at a branch or send your list on WhatsApp; delivery and installation reach all eight districts, including Kyrenia (Girne), which is a service area rather than a shop.

What we sell

Not every model is on the shop floor at once. If what you want is not in the branch, we can order it and tell you when it will arrive before you commit. The current catalogue and prices are confirmed by our team when you ask, so you are never working from an out-of-date list.

Delivery and installation

Standard delivery and installation are included across the districts we serve. Standard installation means we place and connect the appliance where the existing pipework, drainage and electrical connections are suitable, then check that it runs before we leave. Extra pipework, bracket or high-level work, new electrical or drainage work, cable concealment, and removal of an old unit are separate services, each priced and approved before the work starts.

An air conditioner is the clearest example: the unit is one price, and the bracket, pipe run and outdoor unit placement on an apartment block are quoted on top once we know where it has to go. We say that before you order, not after the van arrives.

Buying for a rental, a new-build or a holiday let

You do not have to be the owner of the property to place an order or book a fitting. Landlords, letting agents, site managers and tenants all order from us, and the job is run through the phone number given on the order. For a whole flat, it is usually simpler to fit everything in one visit: the fridge, washing machine, television and air conditioning in the same appointment, with one delivery to arrange around a handover date.

After you buy: cover and service

Two separate layers of cover apply to an appliance bought in the TRNC, and it helps to know which is which. Under consumer law 40/2003 (article 11), for two years the seller, the importer and the manufacturer are jointly liable for a faulty product — that is a statutory right, not something a shop grants you. Separately, the manufacturer offers its own commercial warranty with its own terms and duration. One layer does not cancel the other.

Because we are a Samsung and LG authorised sales and service point as well as a shop, a fault after delivery is handled by the same company that sold the appliance. For anything we did not sell you, we still take service requests — see technical service and Samsung and LG authorised service.

The on-site inspection fee is 2,500 TL (Turkish Lira), and you see that amount while you create the request — before any appointment is confirmed. If the diagnosis shows that further work is needed, the price is agreed with you before it starts, so nothing is added to your bill without your approval.

Where can I buy appliances in North Cyprus?

Zorlu Digital Plaza has two branches: the main branch in Nicosia (Lefkoşa) at Belediye Bulvarı, Özcan Çağaloğlu Plaza A Blok No:1, Yenikent, and a Famagusta (Gazimağusa) branch at Eşref Bitlis Cad. No:21. You can walk into either branch, or send the list of what you need on WhatsApp and we will quote it and deliver. There is no shop in Kyrenia (Girne), but Kyrenia is a service area we deliver to and install in.

Can I order without visiting a branch?

Yes. Tell us the room, the space you have and roughly what you want to spend, on WhatsApp or by phone, and we will come back with models that fit. Stock and price are confirmed before anything is ordered, and delivery is arranged for a slot that suits you.

Do you deliver and install across North Cyprus?

Yes. We deliver and install across all eight districts we serve: Nicosia (Lefkoşa), Kyrenia (Girne), Famagusta (Gazimağusa), Güzelyurt, İskele, Lefke, Karpaz and Mesarya. Standard delivery and installation are included, which covers placing and connecting the appliance where the existing pipework, drainage and electrical connections are suitable, and checking that it works before we leave.

What is not included in standard installation?

Extra pipework, high-level or bracket work, new electrical or drainage work, cable concealment, and taking away an old appliance are separate services. Each of them is priced and approved by you before the work starts, so the amount you agreed when ordering is the amount you pay.

What cover do I have if an appliance fails after delivery?
